Who we serve

Clinical Operations Manager

You oversee dozens of active trials across therapeutic areas. ClinicaLister replaces the weekly scramble of browser tabs and status spreadsheets with one always-current portfolio view — and tells you the moment anything moves.

Where it wins

The highest-leverage things ClinicaLister does for a clinical operations manager.

The weekly status deck, in minutes. The morning of tab-hopping across public registries collapses into one cross-filterable dashboard that's already current — no manual aggregation, no copy-paste.
You hear about changes in hours, not days. Every followed trial is watched field by field, so a status flip, timeline slip, or eligibility edit reaches you as a severity-ranked alert with a clear before-and-after.
Your watchlist runs itself. Saved searches for new trials and named competitors refresh on their own, so the portfolio stays complete without a weekly re-run — and your AI assistant can pull a full company rollup on demand.

The weekly work × ClinicaLister

Every recurring activity, mapped to what ClinicaLister does — on which surface (the App, the MCP graph, or both), the time it saves, and how confident that claim is.

What we don't do (yet)

Straight answers on where ClinicaLister stops today — so there are no surprises.

No built-in enrollment-velocity chart. Enrollment is tracked as a count, and recruiting pace over time is something your AI assistant assembles on request rather than a live chart in the app.

Not real-time. Changes are checked on a schedule through the day, so alerts arrive within hours — not the instant a trial updates.

No target-versus-actual enrollment, and no formal amendment object. Individual field changes are detected, but they aren't grouped or versioned as protocol amendments.

Not a CTMS or EDC. It won't run site operations, task and milestone workflows, budgets, or any patient-level data — it's the outside-in intelligence layer, not the system that runs the trial.

Your whole portfolio in one always-current view, with field-level alerts within hours whenever any trial shifts status, enrollment, or timeline — across every study you follow and every competitor you watch.
