For over fifteen years I've led identity, security, and digital-transformation programs for some of the largest pharmaceutical and infrastructure organizations in Europe and Latin America — from Sanofi and Roche to Grifols and national government. That work taught me one thing repeatedly: the bottleneck is rarely the data — it's how fragmented, gated, and slow to reach the people who need it.

ClinicaLister is my answer. I'm building it to do for clinical intelligence what good identity architecture does for access: unify the sources, secure the provenance, and make the right information available shortly after it changes — to every team, not just the ones who can afford a wall of licenses.
