Following & Dashboard
Your Follow-Up portfolio: dashboard charts, cross-filtering, the table view, and the map.
The Follow-Up page
Follow-Up is your portfolio home. Everything you follow lands here, organized across tabs — Dashboard, Table, Map, Drug & Devices, and Monitoring — all working from the same set of trials. A stats card at the top shows how many trials you're viewing versus your total.
The Dashboard tab
The Dashboard turns your portfolio into interactive charts grouped by theme:
- Trial overview — status, study type, phase, ages, top conditions, facilities, countries, regions, and lead sponsors.
- Drug & device — drug sources, dosage forms, pharmacologic classes, device classes and submission types, and approval status.
- Safety signals — adverse-event severity, boxed warnings, shortages, recalls, and detected signals.
- Market & financial intelligence — patent timelines, competitive landscape, regulatory designations, and spending.
Cross-filtering
The charts aren't just pictures — they're controls. Clicking one filters everything.
- 1
Click to filter
Click a bar or segment (for example Phase 2) and every chart, the table, and the map narrow to just those trials.
- 2
Stack selections
Add more selections to drill down further — they combine so you can isolate a very specific slice.
- 3
Clear filters
Use Clear Filters to return to your full portfolio.
The Table tab
The Table tab shows your followed trials as rows you can sort, filter, and select.
- Sort and filter by any column.
- Select trials for bulk actions such as unfollowing or exporting.
- Show or hide columns — and add your own custom fields — to match how your team works.
The Map tab
The Map tab plots trial facilities around the world.
- Clustered markers show where sites are concentrated.
- Click a marker for site details.
- Draw a boundary on the map to filter your portfolio to trials within that area — the rest of the app updates to match.
Header controls
Controls at the top of Follow-Up apply across the tabs:
- Filter by source query, date range, and date field.
- Toggle a rare-disease view to focus on those indications.
- Refresh your data on demand to pull in the latest.
- Clear all filters in one click.
