The four ClinicaLister plans and their limits, how personal, team, and organization licenses combine, and how to upgrade.
What a license gives you
Your plan sets how much of ClinicaLister you can use — chiefly how many trials you can follow at once and how many saved queries you can keep. You manage plans and licenses from your ClinicaLister account, separately from the everyday search and follow workflow inside the app.
The four plans
ClinicaLister offers four tiers. Each higher tier raises your trial and query limits and unlocks the team and organization capabilities below.

Where a license can come from
You can hold access from more than one place at the same time:
- Personal — a plan you bought for yourself.
- Team — a seat assigned to you within a team.
- Organization — a seat assigned to you within an organization.
Biggest license wins
When you have access from several sources at once, ClinicaLister always applies the highest tier among them. If your personal plan is Basic but your team assigns you an Investigator seat, you get Investigator limits. You never need to choose which one is active — the most generous one applies automatically.

Open your licenses
Go to your account and open the licenses view to see every license you hold or control — personal, team, and organization — with its plan, status, and expiration date.

Check your current limits and usage
The plan view shows your active tier, how many trials and queries you've used against your limit, and your next billing date.

Open the plans page
Browse the available tiers side by side, with limits, features, and pricing for monthly or annual billing.

Choose a plan and check out
Select a plan to start checkout. Payment is handled securely in a hosted payment window. See Billing & Documents for the full checkout, invoice, and purchase-order flow.

Access updates automatically
Once payment completes, your new limits take effect right away — the app picks up the change without a sign-out.
