Report Recipes & Personas
ClinicaLister ships 58 ready-made report recipes across eight categories — competitive intelligence, market access, regulatory, MSL, device, research, investor, and cross-persona. How recipes work, and the full catalog by persona.
What a report recipe is
A report recipe is a step-by-step playbook the assistant follows to produce a complete, sourced report from the MCP tools (plus web enrichment). Each recipe names the tools to call, the order to call them in, how to handle data gaps, and how to format the output — so you get a consistent, decision-ready deliverable instead of an ad-hoc answer. Recipes are maintained server-side and improve over time without any change on your end.
How to run one
Recipes are exposed through two tools. Ask the assistant for a report by name or by goal and it handles the rest.
- 1
Browse the catalog
The assistant calls get_agent_prompts to list available recipes with their persona and description — or you can just describe the report you want.
- 2
Load the recipe
It calls get_agent_prompt for the chosen recipe to retrieve the full instructions. The recipe can pre-resolve its inputs (a disease name to a MONDO id, a sponsor to its trials, a drug name to FDA ids) so it skips the lookup round-trips.
- 3
Generate the report
The assistant works the recipe against your data context, enriches with web search where the recipe calls for it, attributes every figure to its source, and returns a formatted report.
