Billing & Documents

Check out securely, choose monthly or annual billing, and find your invoices, purchase orders, and contracts in one place.

Checkout

When you buy or upgrade a plan, or add seats, ClinicaLister opens a secure hosted payment window to take the payment. Your card details are entered there, not stored by ClinicaLister.

  1. 1

    Review the order

Before paying you'll see the plan, the number of seats, the billing frequency, and the total — including any prorated amount if you're upgrading mid-cycle.

  2. 2

    Pay securely

Complete payment in the secure payment window. Sensitive subscription changes ask you to re-enter your password first as an extra safeguard.

  3. 3

    Confirmation

After a successful payment you're returned to your account with a confirmation, and your access updates automatically.

Monthly or annual

Most plans can be billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is offered at a discount. You can see both prices side by side on the plan and checkout screens before committing.

Billing history and invoices

Your account keeps a record of every payment.

  • Billing history lists each payment with its date, amount, and plan, filterable by time range.
  • Invoices are listed with their number, date, amount, and status, and can be downloaded for your records.

Purchase orders

Organizations and teams that pay by purchase order rather than card can track those orders in the purchase-orders view. Each order shows its reference, status (for example pending or fulfilled), date, and amount, so you always know where a manually fulfilled order stands.

Documents portal

Contracts, invoices, and purchase orders are gathered in one documents area for customers on negotiated agreements. From there you can see a contract's status, period, and value, and download what you need.
